CEPCI Senior Economist Position Available
One of our forecasting clients, Central Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (CEPCI) is seeking a Senior Economist with load forecasting duties. Experience with the Itron Metrix forecasting software is highly desired.
Located in Columbia, South Carolina, CEPCI is a Generation and Transmission Cooperative whose 20 distribution member cooperatives serve electric customers in every county of South Carolina. Position Summary: Manages load forecasting and plans and coordinates the process and procedures. Participates in the preparation and presentation of load forecasts to member’s senior staff and Boards. Produces financial forecasts and participates in a wide range of other business planning services to member cooperatives. Represents Central in the Santee Cooper load and station forecasts. Trains, directs, and mentors junior economists.
